I traded the 4Ps of Marketing for the 4Ps of Experience Design: People, Places, Props, and Processes. While the disciplines overlap, the biggest shift for me has been moving from storytelling to designing lived experiences.
Distilling information alone isn’t enough to drive behavior change — whether for consumers or citizens. To make a real difference, product experiences must be immersive, participatory, and emotionally resonant. That’s why I work with brands and agencies to design interactions that empower people to make choices that bring wellness and delight into their lives.
